Vehicle & Insurance Requirements
- Be in great condition, with no damage, branding, or stickers
- Be under 8 years old (recommended)
- Vehicle Insurance CTP (mandatory), Third-Party Property (minimum), and Comprehensive (recommended) to cover you and your vehicle.
- Goods in Transit Insurance Protects customer parcels from damage, theft, or loss while in your care.
- Public Liability Insurance: Covers third-party injury or property damage during pickups, drop-offs, or on-site deliveries.
- WorkCove, recommended for contractors to cover personal injury while performing courier or delivery tasks.
- Vehicle Make, Model, Year, GVM
- Registration Number
- Insurance Expiry
- Upload insurance documents listing you as the insured driver
Driver Eligibility & Identity
- Be at least 20 years old
- Hold a full, unrestricted Australian driver licence (held for at least 6 months)
- Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with current VEVO work rights (for non-citizens).
- Provide a clean National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months)
- Have an active ABN and be GST-registered
- Submit proof of identity (passport, birth certificate, or citizenship certificate – driver licence not accepted)
- Upload a clear profile photo (JPG/PNG, min 200x200px)
- Own a smartphone with internet, and have an active email and mobile number
- Submit your bank details for payment setup (Account Name, BSB, Account Number)
